This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in EV design, simulation, and innovation, all while contributing to sustainable transportation solutions.Position Overview:As an Electric Vehicles Design Intern, you will work with our product design and engineering teams to assist in the development and optimization of electric vehicle systems. Youll gain exposure to designing EV components, improving battery efficiency, working on motor and powertrain optimization, and utilizing AI-driven solutions to improve the overall vehicle performance. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about electric vehicles and sustainable design, as well as those eager to apply engineering principles in an innovative and impactful way.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design, modeling, and testing of electric vehicle systems (battery, powertrain, charging systems)Help optimize power efficiency and improve the performance of EV componentsCollaborate with engineers to improve the design and functionality of EV structuresParticipate in the design of lightweight materials and advanced manufacturing processesAssist in running simulations and tests for various EV components and systemsContribute to the integration of AI and machine learning techniques into EV design and performance optimizationAssist with research and development on sustainable energy solutions for electric vehiclesAnalyze performance data and contribute to the development of next-generation EV technologiesSkills & Qualifications:Strong foundation in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or automotive designBasic knowledge of electric vehicle systems, including battery technology and powertrainsFamiliarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar)Knowledge of materials science and lightweight materials used in automotive designBasic understanding of electrical circuits, motor design, and energy storage systemsExperience with simulation software for vehicle design (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, ANSYS)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentA passion for electric vehicles and sustainable design technologiesCurrently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related fieldBenefits:Internship CertificateLetter of RecommendationPerformance-Based StipendPart-time work from home (2-3 hours per day)5 days a week, fully flexible shift
