DIVISION PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsible of the Product Development process (Hygiene) with set Quality standards for the products in coordination with the marketing departmentBrief Description
2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to➢ Search, suggest and develop new products based on Market research in coordination with the Marketing Team➢ Cooperate closely with Brand Managers to maintain proper costing of newly developed or improved products while staying customer focused at all times and defining the right resources allocation. (Search and suggest new/alternative RM suppliers in coordination with the procurement and marketing team)➢ Prepares the material supplier qualification sheet and channel it for approval➢ Support Product Development projects at Group level by participating in meetings, sharing technical information, and enforcing best-practice➢ Cooperate with QC Committee to ensure consistency in product / brand specs across CPD manufacturing sites and adherence to PD cards➢ Recommends laboratories equipment to better cater for CPD’s research objectives➢ Develop prototypes for range of products in collaboration with Production Engineers and Brand Managers for consumer panel testing➢ Communicate directly with consumers for panel test analysis and other feedback if need➢ Mentor, train and develop staff in his/her team to ensure succession and continuity ➢ Attends to International Seminars and Exhibitions and recommends appropriate training in-line with Division’s strategic objectives.

Job Requirements· BS in Engineering· Must have FMCG experience for at least 7 years· Must have served in a job with similar scope for at least 3 years
