Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design software solutions for engineering applications. Develop and maintain software design documents and specifications. Implement software solutions using best practices in coding, testing, and version control. Conduct software testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in software design and development, preferably in an engineering context. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java. Experience with software development frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
