- Handling B2B (group business) from Brokers, Advisors & Bank partners
- Direct B2B clients handling
- Direct clients acquisition
- Business login and policy management
- Client support
- Development of B2B client base through digital platforms
- Channel partner management
- Annual budgeting and business forecasting
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA/PGDBM or equivalent professional course
- Minimum 2+ years of experience
- Graduate & Any technical course / certification in health insurance will be an added advantage
- Understanding of the Group Health Insurance / Group Mediclaim policies
- Understanding of Group Personal Accident policies
- Experience in broker / agent/ bank partner handling
- Experience in TPA management
- Expertise in data management
- Must have Convincing skills Yes Product/Insurance Knowledge, Continuous Learning, Technology Proficiency, Team Work, Problem Solving & Analytical Skills, Compliance& Regulatory Knowledge, Customer Focus, Strategic Mindset, Entrepreneurship, Execution Excellence
