JOB OVERVIEWPosition: Data Analysis Specialist for Bookkeeping Support.We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analysis Specialist to assist our bookkeeping team. This role focuses on analyzing financial data to drive informed decision-making and streamline bookkeeping processes.Key Responsibilities:Analyze invoice data, incentive data, and other financial metrics.
Assist in data selection and organization to ensure accurate reporting.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends.
Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to enhance data-driven processes.Requirements:
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping fundamentals.
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a financial context.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and accounting software.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about data and its role in financial management.Work hours: 9am to 5pm EST
Full time, Monday through Friday.

Technical Requirements:

• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
