Job OverviewThis role will be responsible for managing financial analysis, company valuations, financial reporting, and feasibility studies.Key Responsibilities * Financial Analysis and Planning

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and develop comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Analyze key business drivers and provide insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

2.Valuations and Investment Appraisal

  • Perform company valuations, investment appraisals, and financial due diligence for potential business opportunities or transactions.
  • Lead the financial evaluation of M&A opportunities and strategic projects, including valuation modeling and sensitivity analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess financial impact and value creation potential.

3. Financial Reporting and Compliance

  • Manage the preparation of internal reports and financial presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial statements and disclosures.

4.Strategic Support and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide strategic financial support to executive management and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with departments to drive cross-functional financial alignment and achieve organizational goals.
