Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the overall co-ordination of mechanical heart devices implantation including assessment of patients on their suitability, management of patients supported with the devices, as well as assist in the routine investigations for the patients. You will be required to hold discussions with patients and their families to ensure their understanding of the mechanical heart devices programme and conduct device training for patients, family members and staff. You will perform duties such as wound inspection, wound dressing and assist doctors during the implantation of the device. In addition, you will also assist in the administration of the programme and maintain statistical data, including updating the Registry.Duration:PermanentWorking Hours:
- Mon to Fri. From: 8.30am to 6pm/ Needs to be On-call or Call-back
Salary:
- Up to $5,000 (depend on experience) + AWS + VB
Location:
- Central
Requirements:
- A State Registered Nurse in Singapore with at least 3 to 5 years’ relevant work experience in an acute hospital setting
- Experience in cardiothoracic nursing or operating theatre will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
