Role Overview (Depending on Experience):

• Assist or lead in site layout, grading, utilities, and drainage design • Prepare design drawings, calculations, reports, and permit submittals • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and local agencies (AHJs) • Participate in construction support, including RFIs, submittals, and site inspections • Oversee QA/QC, project budgets, schedules, and construction progress (P.E./PM level)

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering • Experience in civil site design (1–10+ years, depending on level) • EIT certification or active P.E. license in Louisiana (or ability to obtain) • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D • Familiarity with permitting and zoning regulations • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
