They are responsible for overseeing a wide range of functions, from process optimization and resource management to risk mitigation and quality assurance, to help the organization achieve sustainable growth and success.Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:

• Ensuring the provision of support services, including maintenance, cleanliness, and transportation, with high quality and timely delivery to all schools and complexes.
• Ensuring the implementation of marketing operations for the company, complexes, and services provided with high quality to achieve company objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Building an integrated system for procurement and contracts, including preparing both RFI and RFP, and managing all stages professionally.
• Supervising plans and procedures for student enrollment, monitoring revenue collection, depositing, recording, and registration on time, and ensuring the use of approved collection mechanisms by educational complexes.
• Building a comprehensive culture to develop an appropriate team to achieve organizational goals.
• Providing support for school services to streamline administrative processes and allocate resources to ensure effective resource utilization and cost-effectiveness in all schools.

Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are looking for:

• Related Previous experience.
• Business Administration, Management and Organization, Industrial Engineering, or any specialty supported by experience.
• At least 10 years for those who hold a master’s degree, or 7 years for those who hold a doctorate degree within the industry.
