Centrifuge Operator

Your expertise will ensure the efficient and safe operation of centrifuges while adhering to established safety protocols.Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor centrifuge equipment to separate solids from liquids effectively
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on centrifuge equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Adjust machine settings and parameters based on production requirements and quality standards
• Monitor and record operational data, including flow rates and concentration levels
• Troubleshoot issues with centrifuge operation and perform necessary repairs
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with other operators and team members to coordinate production activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in a relevant field is a plus
• Previous experience as a Centrifuge Operator or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of centrifuge operation and maintenance
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in industrial settings
• Ability to interpret technical documents and manuals
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
