Requirements
- Meeting clients at the corporate management level and showcasing our wide range of product specifications at initial discussion, providing presentations and dealing effectively to close an open prospective lead.
- Identifying and establishing new leads.
- Market screening and prospection.
- Maintain sales performance and close deals actively
- Prospect new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
- Works with the BDM/Key Account Managers and team to develop and execute programs to go through sales pipeline & close deals.
- Achieve targets & KPIโs set by the company.
- Ability to setup and attend outdoor meetings with the clients
- Responsible for doing the product demo and presentations for the services available as required and requested in Government and Private sectors at higher management level.
- Maintain regular contact with current client base and increase market share while being accountable for controlled and non-controlled volume and revenue targets.
- Identify account needs, opportunities and key buying factors for existing customers, and formalize those into account plans and strategies.
- Identify and strategically develop new customers by value selling to match offerings to customer needs.
- Responsible for meeting existing customers for cross-selling and get new services channelized along with existing service which can serve their organization in much efficient manner.
- Keep abreast of trade and economic developments, track competition activities and advise management on actions required.
- Manage sales pipeline, segmentation, and accurate forecasting.
- Monitor performance against KPI and take corrective action where necessary.
- Support and handle sales team to achieve targets, develop new and repeated business
