Area Manager

On behalf of our client, a European F&B juice bar and coffee shop chain, we are seeking an Area Manager based in Riyadh. This role oversees daily operations across multiple store locations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and customer experience.Key responsibilities include:

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations, maintain store standards, implement best practices, and conduct store visits to assess performance and quality.
• Team Management & Development: Lead and develop store managers, oversee recruitment and training, and provide feedback to support team growth.
• Financial Management: Drive profitability, manage budgets, optimize sales, control costs, and meet productivity goals.
• Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, handle escalations, and use feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Brand Compliance & Standards: Enforce brand, health, and safety standards across all locations.
