Job Description:Role Proficiency:Leverage specialist testing knowledge to define and implement test practices and strategies for a portfolio or programOutcomes: * Analyse Recommend and Implement testing practices in projects

Additional Comments:Experience • 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role. • Proven experience in leading testing efforts for technology migration projects. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, LoadRunner, etc. • Experience in Script Based Test Automation • Good Understanding of Testing of Document Processing Systems Key Responsibilities: Test Strategy and Planning: • Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for the technology migration project. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the migration requirements and define test objectives. • Create detailed test plans, including scope, approach, resources, schedule, and deliverables. • Identify Test Automation opportunities and plan for the same Test Design and Execution: • Lead the design of test cases and test scenarios based on migration requirements. • Write automated Test Scripts • Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of all migration aspects. • Coordinate with development teams to understand the architecture and design changes resulting from the migration. • Identify, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle. • Team Leadership and Stakeholder communication: • Manage a team of testers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality outcomes. • Allocate tasks and monitor the progress of testing activities to ensure deadlines are met. • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals. • Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and Client stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and issues. • Collaborate with other project leads and client stakeholders to ensure a smooth migration process.Skills:migration testing,test lead,Automated ScriptingAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
