Appointment setter/Cold Caller – UK Property sector

We’re looking for a motivated Cold Caller to reach out to potential clients and property owners to generate leads and set appointments.Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads for property acquisitions and lettings.
• Set appointments and manage follow-up calls with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the uk property sector especially Airbnb.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Must have proven record in the United Kingdom property market
