Key Responsibilities1. Financial Transactions & Accounting

  • Record and manage day-to-day financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable).
  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses efficiently.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Generate MIS reports and analyze financial performance.

3. Taxation & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws.
  • Assist in preparing and filing tax returns.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data.

4. Payroll & Employee Reimbursements

  • Process employee salaries and benefits.
  • Handle reimbursement claims and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll records and compliance with labor laws.

5. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and financial institutions for payments and reconciliations.
  • Liaise with internal teams for budgeting and financial approvals.
  • Assist senior management in financial decision-making.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA – Finance)
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an engineering/manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple financial tasks.
