HR:· Handle staff recruitment (including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers), orientation, on-boarding (ensuring a smooth transition) & retention process.· Perform monthly payroll.· Develop training and development programs.· Develop, implement and maintain corporate HR policies and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures.· Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters· Assist in developing and implementing employee performance management processes, including SMART goals/ KPIs setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.· Coordinate employees’ engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs.· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employees’ records and relevant paperwork. Maintain effective filing digital and physical.· Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.· Stay updated with HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes.· Execute all travel arrangements: tickets, hotels, visas’ requirement …etc.Admin:· Assist with and perform various Department admin tasks.· Give accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics.· Draft legal documents and contracts.· Monitor company compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.· Keep track of all legal and corporate documents and arrange for renewals as per tracked schedule.· Preferred knowledge of and ability to review/ negotiate various types of commercial contracts drafts to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
