Requirement/Qualification: Diploma in Engineering certification (Electronics/Electrical/ Mechanical) or ITI (MOFA attested) Experience: 5 years of engineering experience at a similar level of responsibility in building maintenance services, and/or equipment and systems in assigned areas of responsibility in a healthcare environment Control Room Operator A Control Room Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and coordinating building systems from a centralized control room to ensure safe and smooth operations. Job/Key Responsibilities Monitor BMS (Building Management System) Handle Fire Alarm Systems Monitor CCTV and Access Control Observe HVAC, electrical systems, generators, UPS Respond to alarms and emergencies Communicate with site technicians and supervisors Maintain logbooks and reports Follow SOPs and escalation procedures Requirements: Basic computer knowledge Certification in BMS / Fire Alarm / CCTV is an advantage Required Skills Technical Skills: Understanding of BMS & Fire Alarm Panels Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge CCTV monitoring Computer & reporting skills Soft Skills: Strong observation skills Clear communication Ability to stay calm under pressure Teamwork and coordination Time management Closing date : 30th of July 2026
