The position plays a key role in improving recruitment processes, delivering consistent candidate communication, and supporting onboarding activities.What You’ll Do

  • Manage recruitment operations and support hiring processes
  • Maintain and audit candidate tracking systems and databases
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with candidates
  • Generate reports and track recruitment performance metrics
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to reduce errors
  • Coordinate with HR teams including payroll, administration, and IT
  • Support onboarding processes and resolve recruitment system issues
  • Collaborate with external vendors for system enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
  • Assist in documentation and standardization of recruitment processes

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience or diploma with minimum 4 years of experience
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, call center, or shared services environment
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage data, reports, and recruitment systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in multicultural environments
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
