  • Support the Operations Manager Nursing in planning, coordinating, and monitoring operational and strategic nursing projects
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, KPIs, dashboards, and reports for service expansion initiatives including teletriage, mobile clinics, occupational health, and specialist clinics
  • Coordinate licensing and accreditation activities including JCI and Magnet through documentation, audits, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Act as liaison between clinical teams, administration, and leadership to ensure smooth operations and policy compliance
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and communication activities to support project visibility and engagement
  • Collect, analyze, and present operational data to support decision-making and compliance monitoring
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing teams, promoting professional excellence and continuous learning
  • Support daily nursing operations including scheduling, clinical request management, and service coordination
  • Coordinate staff training, competency assessments, recruitment support, onboarding, and performance evaluations
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives, patient safety measures, and evidence-based clinical protocols
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to align nursing services with organizational health objectives

Ideal Profile

  • Registered nurse with 3 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience in primary care, occupational health, or corporate healthcare
  • Experience in project coordination, operations support, or service improvement within healthcare settings
  • Exposure to JCI or Magnet accreditation processes
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making abilities
  • Competence in data analysis, reporting, and digital health systems
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
