\n Location: Bengaluru
\n Experience Range: 4 to 6 Years<\/span>Role Proficiency:<\/span>Independently develops error-free code with high-quality validation of applications, guides other developers, and assists Lead 1 \u2013 Software Engineering.<\/span>Outcomes:<\/b><\/span>Understand and provide input to the application\/feature\/component designs; develop the same in accordance with user stories\/requirements.<\/span>Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product\/component\/features at various development stages.<\/span>Select appropriate technical options for development, such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguring existing components.<\/span>Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality by identifying opportunities for automation\/process improvements and agile delivery models.<\/span>Mentor Developer 1 \u2013 Software Engineering and Developer 2 \u2013 Software Engineering to perform effectively in their roles.<\/span>Identify problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application\/system.<\/span>Proactively identify issues\/defects\/flaws in module\/requirement implementation.<\/span>Assist Lead 1 \u2013 Software Engineering with technical design. Review activities and demonstrate capabilities in making technical decisions.<\/span>Measures of Outcomes:<\/span>Adherence to engineering processes and standards (coding standards).<\/span>Adherence to schedule\/timelines.<\/span>Adhere to SLAs where applicable.<\/span>Number of defects post delivery.<\/span>Number of non-compliance issues.<\/span>Reduction of reoccurrence of known defects.<\/span>Quick turnaround of production bugs.<\/span>Meeting the defined productivity standards for the project.<\/span>Number of reusable components created.<\/span>Completion of applicable technical\/domain certifications.<\/span>Completion of all mandatory training requirements.<\/span>Outputs Expected:<\/span>Code:<\/span>Develop code independently for the above-mentioned tasks.<\/span>Configure:<\/span>Implement and monitor configuration processes.<\/span>Test:<\/span>Create and review unit test cases, scenarios, and execution.<\/span>Domain Relevance:<\/span>Develop features and components with a strong understanding of the business problem being addressed for the client.<\/span>Manage Project:<\/span>Manage module-level activities.<\/span>Manage Defects:<\/span>Perform defect RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and mitigation.<\/span>Estimate:<\/span>Estimate time, effort, and resource dependence for your work and others’ work, including modules.<\/span>Document:<\/span>Create documentation for your own work and perform peer review of others’ work.<\/span>Manage Knowledge:<\/span>Consume and contribute to project-related documents, sharepoint, libraries, and client universities.<\/span>Status Reporting:<\/span>Report the status of tasks assigned and comply with project-related reporting standards\/process.<\/span>Release:<\/span>Execute release processes.<\/span>Design:<\/span>Create LLD (Low-Level Design) for multiple components.<\/span>Mentoring:<\/span>Mentor juniors on the team.<\/span>Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees.<\/span>Must-Have Skills:<\/span>O9 Technology.<\/span>SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).<\/span>SQL.<\/span>IBPL Queries (Integrated Business Planning Language).<\/span>Strong knowledge of Java, Python, or related scripting languages.<\/span>Good-to-Have Skills:<\/span>SCM (Supply Chain Management) functional knowledge.<\/span>Experience with O9 Report\/Screen Development.<\/span>Knowledge of O9 Engine.<\/span>Familiarity with system integration using REST APIs, JSON, and XML.<\/span>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).<\/span>Knowledge Examples:<\/span>Knowledge of appropriate software programs\/modules.<\/span>Technical designing.<\/span>Programming languages.<\/span>DBMS.<\/span>Operating Systems and software platforms.<\/span>Integrated development environment (IDE).<\/span>Knowledge of Agile methods.<\/span>Understanding of customer domain and sub-domain where the problem is solved.<\/span>Additional Comments:<\/b><\/span>Roles & Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Develop O9 reports and screens.<\/span>Improve the performance of existing reports and screens.<\/span>Recommend design or solutions for SCM supply planning and demand planning.<\/span>Education Qualification:<\/b><\/span>BE, BTech, MCA<\/span>Job Title:<\/b><\/span>O9 Developer<\/span>Skills:<\/b><\/span>O9 technology,Ssis,SQL<\/span>About Company:<\/b><\/span>UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
