\n Experience Range: 1 to 3 Years<\/span>Role Proficiency:<\/span>Acts under minimal guidance to develop error-free code; testing and documenting applications.<\/span>Outcomes:<\/b><\/span>Understand the application’s features and component design, and develop the same in accordance with user stories\/requirements.<\/span>Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product\/component\/feature development stages.<\/span>Develop optimized code with appropriate approaches and algorithms, following standards and security guidelines independently.<\/span>Effectively interact with customers and articulate their input.<\/span>Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality by identifying opportunities for automation\/process improvements and agile delivery models.<\/span>Mentor Developer I \u2013 Software Engineering to become more effective in their role.<\/span>Learn technology, business domain, and system domain as recommended by the project\/account.<\/span>Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees.<\/span>Measures of Outcomes:<\/span>Adherence to engineering processes and standards (coding standards).<\/span>Adherence to schedule\/timelines.<\/span>Adhere to SLAs where applicable.<\/span>Number of defects post delivery.<\/span>Number of non-compliance issues.<\/span>Reduction of reoccurrence of known defects.<\/span>Quickly turnaround production bugs.<\/span>Meet the defined productivity standards for the project.<\/span>Completion of applicable technical\/domain certifications.<\/span>Completion of all mandatory training requirements.<\/span>Outputs Expected:<\/span>Configure:<\/span>Follow configuration process.<\/span>Test:<\/span>Create and conduct unit testing.<\/span>Domain Relevance:<\/span>Develop features and components with a good understanding of the business problem being addressed for the client.<\/span>Manage Defects:<\/span>Raise, fix, and retest defects.<\/span>Estimate:<\/span>Estimate time, effort, and resource dependence for one’s own work.<\/span>Mentoring:<\/span>Mentor junior developers in the team.<\/span>Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees.<\/span>Document:<\/span>Create documentation for one’s own work.<\/span>Manage Knowledge:<\/span>Consume and contribute to project-related documents, sharepoint, libraries, and client universities.<\/span>Status Reporting:<\/span>Report the status of tasks assigned.<\/span>Comply with project-related reporting standards\/process.<\/span>Release:<\/span>Adhere to release management process.<\/span>Design:<\/span>Understand the design\/LLD and link it to requirements\/user stories.<\/span>Code:<\/span>Develop code with guidance for the above.<\/span>Must-Have Skills:<\/span>Microsoft Excel Macro development expertise.<\/span>SQL Queries.<\/span>Java.<\/span>Python.<\/span>Support exposure.<\/span>Good communication skills.<\/span>Good documentation skills.<\/span>ITSM ticketing tool exposure.<\/span>Good-to-Have Skills:<\/span>Exposure to Supply Chain Management (SCM) tools like O9, OMP, Kinaxis, Oracle Fusion Cloud.<\/span>Supply Chain Analytics certifications.<\/span>Knowledge of Remedy on Demand \/ Other ticketing tools.<\/span>Business Analyst qualifications.<\/span>Knowledge Examples:<\/span>Knowledge of appropriate software programs\/modules.<\/span>Technical designing.<\/span>Programming languages.<\/span>DBMS.<\/span>Operating Systems and software platforms.<\/span>Integrated development environment (IDE).<\/span>Knowledge of Agile methods.<\/span>Knowledge of the customer domain and sub-domain where the problem is solved.<\/span>Additional Comments:<\/b><\/span>Roles & Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Support BAU for SCM planning application.<\/span>Respond to user queries\/issues on tickets.<\/span>Investigate user queries\/issues and resolve them.<\/span>Continuously update the user about the status of the ticket.<\/span>Document the resolution in ITSM tool.<\/span>Work with O9 platform support team to investigate production system issues and implement changes\/fixes after successful testing in Dev and UAT environments.<\/span>Education Qualification: BE, BTech, MCA
