In this position, you will configure the MetricStream platform to meet requirements, manage a backlog of open tickets, and ensure all delivered areas of functionality are working as expected. You will be responsible for new feature configuration, as well as supporting and troubleshooting existing configuration. In this role, you will work closely with project teams and act as the main point of contact for any MetricStream platform issues or technical questions. The role requires collaboration with the vendor, teams within Aon and Aon leadership. Must have experience with implementing SaaS platforms, working in a DEV environment, global team environment. This is a lead role and will oversee activities of two other roles and will report out on activities to leadership.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (List 6-10 major responsibilities in the role): <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and maintain reports, charts, and dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Configure user access roles and permissions<\/li>\n<li>Configure updates to forms, including adding\/updating fields and modifying business rules<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain workflows<\/li>\n<li>Package and deploy configuration between environments<\/li>\n<li>Ensure platform configuration works as expected by writing and executing unit tests and regression tests<\/li>\n<li>Documenting: Documenting every aspect of an application or system as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating: Collaborating with other developers and other professionals<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing user needs: Understanding the needs of clients and users<\/li>\n<li>Recommending changes: Recommending software changes for customers&#8217; existing programs and systems<\/li>\n<li>Oversee two other developer roles and ensure they are on track and timely with deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Communication to leadership frequently on tasks and initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> SKILLS\/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (List 4-8 skills required to get the job done):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership skills: management of tasks and overseeing others work<\/li>\n<li>Organization, attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Metrics and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Writing JavaScript functions<\/li>\n<li>Writing XML scripts<\/li>\n<li>Writing complex SQL queries<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data transformation utilizing one or many of the following:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>SQL<\/li>\n<li>Java<\/li>\n<li>Shell script<\/li>\n<li>Stored procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> HOW WE SUPPORT OUR COLLEAGUES<span class=\"br\"><\/span>In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we are proud to be an equal opportunity workforce.
