Expect to be working day in and day out on solving challenging problems on distributed scheduling, orchestration, multi threading and building responsive user interfaces. We would expect you to be a quick learner with a go-getter attitude. In return you would get to work with a team that holds intellectual property on distributed computing algorithms and work on complex cloud native microservices.<\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and Angular.<\/span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, innovate and deliver new features.<\/span>Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by delivering zero-defect, high-quality code with a proactive approach<\/span>Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to devise effective solutions.<\/span>Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security.<\/span>Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team uses the best practices.<\/span>This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.<\/span>Qualifications<\/b><\/span>Basic Qualifications<\/b>
\n -3+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree or at least 2
\n years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,
\n MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 5+ years of relevant work
experience.<\/b><\/span>Preferred Qualifications<\/b>
\n -3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 2 or more years
\n of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
\n -Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Java and Angular\/ReactJS frameworks.
\n -Hands on experience working on complex multi-threading scenarios,
\n building highly scalable distributed transaction processing systems & able to
\n independently take design and architecture forward.
\n -In-depth understanding of web development technologies including HTML,
\n CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
\n -Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud services.
\n -Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM
\n frameworks.
\n -Familiarity with distributed caching, and Event-driven architecture
\n -Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI\/CD pipelines.
\n -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
\n -Strong debugging skills
\n -Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
\n -Challenge the Status Quo: Comfort in pushing the boundaries, \u2018hacking\u2019 beyond
\n traditional solutions
\n -Experience with additional front-end frameworks\/libraries
\n -Familiarity with other languages like NodeJS or Golang is a plus
\n -Experience with complex distributed systems.
\n -Experience with reactive programming paradigm
\n -Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
\n -Experience handling applications with complex asynchronous workflows
\n -Demonstrated experience working on massively multi-threaded systems
