Full Time &#8211; Office<br \/>\n       Key Relationships: Marketing, Support, Engineering, Product.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Work Hours: European Time Zone.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Purpose:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>To build backend services that integrate LLMs, task-based AI agents, and smart workflows that assist in decision-making across our logistics platform.We are looking for a Python Developer with 6+ years of experience and a strong interest and background in building AI agents and autonomous systems.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What you&#8217;ll do:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python, integrating AI agent workflows<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to push the boundaries of automation and user experience in eCommerce logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Build and fine-tune LLM-powered agents using frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, or Semantic Kernel<\/li>\n<li>Create APIs and backend services that interface with AI agents, recommendation engines, and user-facing components<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate on prompt engineering and fine-tuning tasks for LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models)<\/li>\n<li>Optimize performance, reliability, and observability of AI-driven services<\/li>\n<li>Work cross-functionally with data and product teams to translate ideas into intelligent agent behavior<\/li>\n<li>Ensure code quality and participate in peer reviews and agile ceremonies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Who you are?:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of backend development experience in Python<\/li>\n<li>At least 2+ years of experience in building LLM based AI solutions<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity building Autonomous AI Agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate)<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Python frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django)<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) and integrating them into applications<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent-oriented libraries<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs<\/li>\n<li>Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL), Docker, and Git workflows<\/li>\n<li>Ability to design scalable and modular systems for AI-driven applications<\/li>\n<li>Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Nice to Have:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS\/GCP) and tools like Kafka, Redis, or Celery<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CI\/CD, unit testing, and MLOps best practices<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Vertex AI and google cloud console<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of logistics, eCommerce, or supply chain automation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you&#8217;ll get:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Equity Package: Earn more than just a competitive salary.
