You\u2019ll be part of a diverse and vibrant team collaborating with talented individuals from various backgrounds and disciplines continually pushing the boundaries of business capabilities, fostering an environment of innovation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What you would do in this role<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Engagement Execution<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work independently\/with minimal supervision in client engagements that may involve model development, validation, governance, strategy, transformation, implementation and end-to-end delivery of risk solutions for Accenture\u2019s clients.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage workstream of small projects with responsibilities of managing quality of deliverables for junior team members.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability of managing day to day interactions with the Client stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> o Practice Enablement<span class=\"br\"><\/span>o Guide junior team members.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>o Support development of the Practice by driving innovations, initiatives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>o Develop thought capital and disseminate information around current and emerging trends in Risk.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Professional &#038; Technical Skills:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Relevant experience in the required domain.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development, validation, and audit of:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Credit Risk- PD\/LGD\/EAD Models, CCAR\/DFAST Loss Forecasting and Revenue Forecasting Models, IFRS9\/CECL Loss Forecasting Models across Retail and Commercial portfolios<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Credit Acquisition\/Behavior\/Collections\/Recovery Modeling and Strategies, Credit Policies, Limit Management, Acquisition Frauds, Collections Agent Matching\/Channel Allocations across Retail and Commercial portfolios<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory Capital and Economic Capital Models<\/li>\n<li>Liquidity Risk \u2013 Liquidity models, stress testing models, Basel Liquidity reporting standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> o Anti Money Laundering \u2013 AML scenarios\/alerts, Network Analysis<span class=\"br\"><\/span>o Operational risk \u2013 AMA modeling, operational risk reporting<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conceptual understanding of Basel\/CCAR\/DFAST\/CECL\/IFRS9 and other risk regulations<\/li>\n<li>Experience in conceptualizing and creating risk reporting and dashboarding solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in modeling with statistical techniques such as \u2013 linear regression, logistic regression, GLM, GBM, XGBoost, CatBoost, Neural Networks, Time series \u2013 ARMA\/ARIMA, ML interpretability and bias algorithms etc.<\/li>\n<li>Programing Languages &#8211; SAS, R, Python, Spark, Scala etc., Tools such as Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, SAS VA etc.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Risk function and ability to apply them in client discussions and project implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Academic Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in a quantitative discipline mathematics, statistics, economics, financial engineering, operations research or related field or MBA from top-tier universities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong academic credentials and publications, if applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Industry certifications such as FRM, PRM, CFA preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Opportunity to work on innovative projects.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Career growth and leadership exposure.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience: 12-14Years<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Educational Qualification: Any Degree<span class=\"br\"><\/span>About Accenture We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
