As a Scrum Master in our IT Delivery team, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our Salesforce.com patient applications, driving agile methodologies to optimize service delivery and improve customer satisfaction. Are you ready to make a difference?<\/span>Accountabilities:<\/b><\/span>We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our IT Delivery team, focusing on commercial applications like Veeva CRM and Vault Promomats. In this role, you will guide agile teams, ensuring adherence to agile principles and optimizing service delivery. Your leadership will enhance CRM capabilities, streamline processes, and elevate customer satisfaction.<\/span>You will be responsible for:<\/b><\/span>Agile Leadership: Lead and mentor agile teams in implementing and adhering to Scrum methodologies and practices.<\/span>Facilitation: Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration.<\/span>Impediment Removal: Identify obstacles and work collaboratively to remove impediments to ensure the team’s progress and productivity.<\/span>Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the development team and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and objectives.<\/span>Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by implementing and refining agile processes and recommending best practices.<\/span>Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key agile metrics like sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and deliverables to drive performance and accountability.<\/span>Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on agile processes and value.<\/span>Essential Skills\/Experience:<\/b><\/span>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in Scrum (Certified Scrum Master) is required.<\/span>Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or dealing with commercial applications.<\/span>Technical Skills: Familiarity with Veeva CRM and other commercial applications is preferred. Proficiency in using agile tools such as Jira.<\/span>Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.<\/span>Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.<\/span>Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/span>Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.<\/span>When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
