Review activities and begin demonstrating Lead 1 capabilities in making technical decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Measures of Outcomes: * Adherence to engineering process and standards (coding standards) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adherence to schedule \/ timelines<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to SLAs where applicable<\/li>\n<li>Number of defects post delivery<\/li>\n<li>Number of non-compliance issues<\/li>\n<li>Reduction of reoccurrence of known defects<\/li>\n<li>Quick turnaround of production bugs<\/li>\n<li>Meet the defined productivity standards for project<\/li>\n<li>Number of reusable components created<\/li>\n<li>Completion of applicable technical\/domain certifications<\/li>\n<li>Completion of all mandatory training requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Outputs Expected:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Code: * Develop code independently for the above<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Configure: * Implement and monitor configuration process<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Test: * Create and review unit test cases<span class=\"br\"><\/span>scenarios and execution<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Domain relevance: * Develop features and components with good understanding of the business problem being addressed for the client<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage Project: * Manage module level activities<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage Defects: * Perform defect RCA and mitigation<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Estimate: * Estimate time<span class=\"br\"><\/span>effort<br \/>\n       resource dependence for one&#8217;s own work and others&#8217; work<br \/>\n       including modules<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Document: * Create documentation for own work as well as perform peer review of documentation of others&#8217; work<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage knowledge: * Consume and contribute to project related documents<span class=\"br\"><\/span>share point<br \/>\n       libraries and client universities<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Status Reporting: * Report status of tasks assigned <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with project related reporting standards\/process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Release: * Execute release process<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Design: * LLD for multiple components<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Mentoring: * Mentor juniors on the team <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Skill Examples: * Explain and communicate the design \/ development to the customer <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform and evaluate test results against product specifications<\/li>\n<li>Develop user interfaces business software components and embedded software components 5 Manage and guarantee high levels of cohesion and quality6 Use data models<\/li>\n<li>Estimate effort and resources required for developing \/ debugging features \/ components<\/li>\n<li>Perform and evaluate test in the customer or target environment<\/li>\n<li>Team Player<\/li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication abilities<\/li>\n<li>Proactively ask for help and offer help<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Knowledge Examples: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Appropriate software programs \/ modules<\/li>\n<li>Technical designing<\/li>\n<li>Programming languages<\/li>\n<li>DBMS<\/li>\n<li>Operating Systems and software platforms<\/li>\n<li>Integrated development environment (IDE)<\/li>\n<li>Agile methods<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of customer domain and sub domain where problem is solved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Comments:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>1. Efficiently develop software in the LabVIEW programming environment. Familiarity with higher-level concepts such as classes will be needed. 2. Strong Technical Test automation experience 3. Rapidly create flexible test application that control multiple instruments. 4. Good in communication protocol like &#8211; I2C, SPI, UART, USB 5. Support the development team during project design, verification, and validation steps. 6. Experience in Vision Based Test Systems, Algorithm Development, IoT products. 7. Experience with open-loop and closed-loop Hardware simulations. 8. Excellent communication, interpersonal &#038; technical presentation skills 9.
