Siemens offers a broad portfolio of grid control and automation; low- and medium-voltage power distribution, switching and control; and building automation, fire safety and security, HVAC control and energy solutions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description :<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Responsible for the export &#038; domestic customer inspections.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Should have sound knowledge &#8211; how of IEC , IS, and Routine testing of MV switchgear panels.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Should adhere to quality policy of organization, Quality requirements of products.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; To plan and manage daily and monthly work load, inspection preparedness and participation in the client inspections.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Should have experience of Internal ISO audits, EHS audits, EnMS audits, External ISO audits, Factory approvals audits .<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Should maintain and ensure EHS on shopfloor during day to day activities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Should give proper feedback and drive continuous improvements to reduce the NCC.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; He should be responsible for calibration and upgradation of testing equipments.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Major Responsibilities :<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Test Field Activities:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing routine testing of MV Panels as per relevant IEC &#038; IS standard and customer requirement in order to ensure the best quality product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Trouble shooting and solving the issues during routine testing of panels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Working as per LEAN principle and to suggest improvement to eliminate waste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing feedback to concerned execution engineer regarding drawing related issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of EHS guideline to be followed during electrical \/ mechanical testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Customer Inspection:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure readiness of the Panels before customer inspections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Submission of compliance and incorporation of necessary changes suggested by customer during inspection and ensuring the same in the Panel before despatch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation and submission of inspection reports, MOM, Panel test reports, RTC\u2019s to the customer in addition with calibration report, bought out component TC\u2019s etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Qualification : Diploma Electrical Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience or Degree Electrical Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Skills :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good business communication skills,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Windows Office software like word, excel, ppt etc.,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic understanding required about EHS guideline to be followed during electrical \/ mechanical testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> We\u2019re Siemens.
