Each sub-team manages its own automation efforts, and this position plays a critical role in unifying and accelerating those efforts by providing centralized technical leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Our current technical environment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role offers the opportunity to work with a robust automation tech stack built on Java, Selenium, TestNG\/JUnit, Jenkins, and scalable custom frameworks. Responsibilities include API testing, database validation using Oracle, CI\/CD integration, and leveraging test management tools such as Jira, Spira, and Zephyr. The position plays a key role in advancing QA for supply chain network solutions and AI-powered products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What you\u2019ll do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead automation efforts across PDS Core QA teams by providing technical guidance and resolving complex automation challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain automation metrics to track progress, productivity, and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive initiatives to maximize team output, improve automation velocity, and reduce maintenance overhead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Core QA teams in achieving their automation goals through mentorship and technical leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a hands-on automation engineer, directly contributing to test automation across multiple QA projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with QA and Dev teams on planning, prioritization, scoping, and estimation for automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and enhance existing automation scripts and frameworks to ensure quality and compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Design scalable and robust automation solutions based on business requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute automated tests and analyze results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify defects and track them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and manage test suites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct peer code reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we are looking for:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9 to 13 years of experience in QA automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science or a similar major.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of Core Java and OOP concepts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in managing complex projects involving multiple tools and technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in writing automated test cases using Selenium WebDriver integrated with TestNG or JUnit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of various frameworks and hands-on experience in their practical implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid understanding of version control like Perforce , GIT and branching strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of relational databases with hands-on experience in platforms like Oracle and PostgreSQL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write moderate to complex queries for data validation and verification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of test management tools like Spira, Zephyr, Xray or similar tools for test case management and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise in API automation using Postman or similar tools. \u2022 Expertise in Jenkins CI\/CD tool .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced debugging skills to identify and resolve issues in automated scripts or during test execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Allure for reporting and tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lead teams, mentor junior members, and drive the adoption of new automation tools and processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Our Values<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
