We\u2019ve grown quickly since our inception in 2019, now with offices in Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Focus of the Role<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>As the Full Stack Developer, the purpose of the role is to design, build and support service assurance capabilities as a part of high performance software engineering team, delivering competitive advantage and enabling profitable growth, whilst managing the end-to-end development, delivery, technical design authority, integration requirements and lifecycle management of capabilities which expose reusable APIs for multiple internal and external consumers<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What We Offer<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Performance-related pay<br \/>\n       Access to thousands of learning programs so you can level-up<br \/>\n       Global presence across 22 countries; opportunities to work where we do business.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Up to 26 weeks maternity leave provided to the birth mother with benefits for all child births<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Employees are entitled to 12 paid holidays per calendar year<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Eligible employees are entitled to 12 days of paid sick \/ casual leave per calendar year<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Relocation support options across India, from junior to senior positions within the company<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Receive insurance benefits such as medical, accidental and life insurances<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing technical analysis based on functional designs.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and reviewing detailed technical designs.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing full-stack applications across both front-end and back-end.<\/li>\n<li>Handling configuration, scripting, and system integration tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting and facilitating testing activities, and resolving defects identified during test phases.<\/li>\n<li>Managing collaboration between development and support teams to ensure smooth transitions and issue resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About You<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with more than 3+ years&#8217; experience and a strong portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Java 17+\/Kotlin\/Spring Boot, and ReactJS\/JavaScript(ES6)\/Angular.<\/li>\n<li>Good experience in developing and designing microservices, Restful webservices and exposing APIs on API Gateway (eg: APIGEE)<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of database technologies like, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with API development and integration with GraphQL and RESTful technologies(JSON).<\/li>\n<li>Practised Model View Controller (MVC) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) in order to develop maintainable and scalable solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Developed automated tests using frontend and backend test frameworks like jest mockito etc.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implementation of single and multi-tier application architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Development and deployment and scaling of containerised applications with Docker<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of the architectural principals of web-based platforms including SaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure and application servers<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of all cloud offerings in the market and ability to discuss cloud architectures<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of enterprise application integration, including SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL environments and an understanding of integration considerations such as process orchestration, customer data integration and master data management<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of the security processes, standards &#038; issues involved in multi-tier, multi-tenant web applications<\/li>\n<li>Web Technologies including MVC concepts, JS build automation frameworks, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> We&#8217;re amongst the top 2% of companies globally in the CDP Global Climate Change Index 2023, being awarded an &#8216;A&#8217; rating.
