We make it easy for developers to solve complex wireless challenges throughout the product lifecycle and get to market quickly with innovative solutions that transform industries, grow economies and improve lives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Meet the Team<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a DevOps Engineer, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing Silicon Labs&#8217; DevOps Platform used for software delivery strategy. You will apply DevOps principles to enhance Platform Engineering, develop CI\/CD patterns, and optimize embedded software build and release processes. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, high-quality software delivery for both internal and external stakeholders. This hands-on position provides significant autonomy, making it ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, ready to drive innovation and continuous improvement in DevOps workflows. In addition, this role will drive the future direction of software delivery across a global team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Drive stability of infrastructure and processes by enhancing and adding tools using Platform Engineering.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Eliminate waste, reduce cycle times and improve utilization of systems and processes via performance tuning, and (re)architecture.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Create and maintain effective documentation and written communications<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Increase productivity of the team through identifying opportunities to automate and eliminate waste in new and existing processes.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Provide advanced troubleshooting expertise across domains: networking, system configuration, API performance, etc.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Participate in on call \/ follow the sun rotations with Infrastructure and Software Development Engineers<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Skills You Will Need<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Minimum Qualifications:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>-6+ years in DevOps Platform Engineering, Software Development, DevOps Cloud or related field.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Proficiency with container, orchestration, cloud native automation technologies (Kubernetes, Nomad, Consul, Vault).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Proficiency in Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk). Grafana&#8217;s LGTM stack preferred.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Experience with a cloud computing platform and Infrastructure as code (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Terraform, Cloud Formation). AWS, Terraform preferred.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Proficiency in major programming languages (Go, Python, JavaScript). Python preferred.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Proficiency in Linux and Windows System Administration and Shell Scripting. &#8212;-Expertise in Source Control systems and source management processes.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Experience Orchestrating workloads on GPU\u2019s and GPU resources to run various AI and ML tasks are preferred<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The following qualifications will be considered a plus:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Working on Gen AI tools and services<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Network Administration and troubleshooting<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Windows System Administration<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Working on Internal Development Platform like Backstage, Port.
