The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Data Modeling, with a specific focus on Salesforce Health Cloud. This role requires hands-on coding, solutioning, and integration expertise, as well as experience coordinating with USA\/UK-based clients and managing onsite-offshore teams.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Must-Have Skills: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 &#8211; 18 years of IT experience, with at least 9 years in Salesforce architecture, solutioning, and development.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Provider Network Management and Credentialing module is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, and Aura framework.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Salesforce Data Modeling and engaging with Enterprise Architecture teams.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 large-scale Salesforce implementations (10,000+ users) with strong technical solutioning experience.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in Salesforce administration, customization, and configuration, including reports and dashboards.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate multiple solutions for complex business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Salesforce integrations using SOAP\/REST APIs, WSDL, SSL standards, and Force.com Bulk API\/Metadata API.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Salesforce deployment using CI\/CD tools (Change Sets, ANT Migration, Eclipse, Git, Copado, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Experience working directly with USA\/UK-based clients and managing daily onsite-offshore coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Good-to-Have Skills: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in Java\/.Net development.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, Google APIs, jQuery, and other JavaScript frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Heroku, Radian6, Einstein AI, and Salesforce Analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Salesforce1 mobile development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Salesforce Certifications (Preferred): <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must Have: Platform Developer II (Dev 2) and at least 2 Architect-stream Certifications.<\/li>\n<li>Nice to Have: Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Consultant Certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership and guide development teams in best practices for Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Enterprise Architecture teams to define Salesforce Data Modeling strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce implementations.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST\/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, and Metadata API.<\/li>\n<li>Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, document templates, reports, and dashboards.<\/li>\n<li>Manage production deployments and resolve deployment issues using CI\/CD tools.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with USA\/UK-based clients and coordinate onsite-offshore teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s\/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Salesforce,Cloud,Force.Com<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>About Company:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
