The EDAAP team is responsible for the development of software and analytics solutions enabling planning, execution and optimization of chipset lifecycle.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role involves designing and developing high-quality software solutions to develop and manage Enterprise level software applications. The ideal candidate is an experienced software developer skilled in multiple programming languages and frameworks, parallel programming, efficient algorithms and data structures, design patterns, task automation through tools and scripting.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What will you do?<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role\u2019s responsibilities include:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Create reusable components and libraries for future use.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Enhance operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending policy and procedure changes.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues by leveraging expertise from various departments.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Minimum Qualifications:<\/b>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> OR<br \/> 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor\u2019s degree.  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of any combination of academic or work experience with Full-stack Application Development (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>1+ year of any combination of academic or work experience with Data Structures, algorithms, and data stores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  What do we want to see?<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Over 6 years of hands-on experience in full stack development. Experience building full-stack apps and frontend development frameworks<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proficient in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Java\/J2EE, Rust, Angular, and React.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability and experience in writing reusable code and know-how of best practices and design patterns.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience working in an agile development environment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Extensive knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience with UI\/UX design<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience building full-stack apps and frontend development frameworks<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience with D3, Highcharts (or other charting libraries)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience working on linux based systems.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Expertise in software lifecycle management, version control, coding, and CI\/CD best practices to ensure quality, agility, and security.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and analysis implications to a diverse audience.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge of different types of enterprise systems, their interaction, and boundaries within an enterprise.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent communication and team-oriented, with a strong inclination to work collaboratively.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience working in a distributed team and communicating across geographic boundaries<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s or Master&#8217;s degree in Computer science, Computational Science, or a related field.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Understanding of HPC systems (compute, storage, network, middleware) is a plus.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience in AI and ML technologies is a strong plus.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience with Search frameworks (Lucene\/Apache SOLR\/Elastic Search)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Intermediate level working knowledge of Redis and Elasticsearch<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience with messaging technologies (RabbitMQ\/Kafka) and system integration<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience in developing applications within public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience of using web sockets or service workers<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience building statistical data visualizations<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good knowledge of SOA, web services and integration technologies like camel and Spring Integration.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Applicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
