You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and provide exceptional user experiences.<\/span>What You\u2019ll Build<\/span>In this role, you will:<\/b><\/span>Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain applications for SAP Concur\u2019s travel and expense management solutions<\/span>Build and enhance features using:<\/span>Concur Core Tech Stack and extensions on BTP using Java \/ Kotlin \/ Go, or<\/span>Microsoft stack technologies (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, WCF), depending on project needs<\/span>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with coding standards and best practices<\/span>Participate in code reviews; Senior Developers are expected to lead reviews and provide technical guidance<\/span>Investigate product issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions<\/span>Produce and maintain design and technical documentation for assigned features<\/span>Assess functionality requests for feasibility, complexity, and implementation approach<\/span>Collaborate closely with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, test coverage, and timely delivery<\/span>Implement and maintain automated tests to improve software reliability<\/span>Participate in after-hours escalation or on-call procedures as required<\/span>Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and practices<\/span>Additional responsibilities for Senior Developers:<\/span>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less-experienced developers<\/span>Contribute to architectural decisions and system optimization<\/span>Lead feature development or projects end-to-end<\/span>Act as a technical liaison across teams and stakeholders<\/span>Support workload planning and guide technical decision-making<\/span>What You Bring<\/b><\/span>For Developer:<\/span>5 years of relevant software development experience<\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent<\/span>3+ years of experience with Object-Oriented programming<\/span>At least 4+ year of recent experience with Java \/ Kotlin \/ Go \/ C# \/ VB.NET \/ .NET<\/span>Experience with web application development and web services<\/span>Working knowledge of Agile\/Scrum methodologies<\/span>Understanding of data structures and algorithms<\/span>Familiarity with Git or other source control systems<\/span>Experience with automated testing frameworks<\/span>Good communication skills and strong collaboration mindset<\/span>For Senior Developer:<\/span>8+ years of relevant software development experience with hands-on expertise in one or more of Java \/ Kotlin \/ Go \/ C# \/ .NET<\/span>Advanced knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles<\/span>Strong experience with database design and SQL.
