Our world-class technologies, our systems, equipment, and services must create solutions that help our customers stay ahead.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Please feel free to peruse our website<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Position: Key user Source DC Pune (D365)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Main purpose of the job \/ Mission:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Key user for the PDL DC solution area (including ERP, WMS, Planning and SRM system), support central team with detailed process knowledge and communicate\/train new functionality to DC network.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Execution of daily Warehouse tasks (Goods receiving and Picking &#038; Packing)<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key tasks:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>General<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in process reviews<\/li>\n<li>Provide input for potential process improvements<\/li>\n<li>Support in change management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Implementation\/ Roll-out phase <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support central project team in the development of the PDL template processes<\/li>\n<li>Explain business requirements and provide business scenarios<\/li>\n<li>Provide detailed process knowledge and local or legal requirements to the central team<\/li>\n<li>Participate in system\/process trainings<\/li>\n<li>Plan, prepare and execute end user training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> After going live <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be responsible for communicating and train local users in new functionality or process changes<\/li>\n<li>Help with providing test cases and execute testing of new functionality when needed<\/li>\n<li>First point of contact to support DC end-user<\/li>\n<li>Raise, prioritize change requests in alignment with central teams and other DCs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Key task for Warehouse Team member:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execution of Goods receiving in accordance with the defined processes and KPI&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Execution of Picking &#038; Packing tasks in accordance with the defined processes and KPI&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Execution of Packaging are done in accordance with the Packaging guidance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure item and location are kept in order and quantity are correct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure areas are kept clean and in order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure waste separation are done according to EMS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Competencies<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>General:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant experience and knowledge from the distribution centre<\/li>\n<li>Open-minded and communicative<\/li>\n<li>Curious and a desire to learn<\/li>\n<li>Independent with high integrity<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Alfa Laval\u2019s products and organisation<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Alfa Laval \/ Operations concepts and strategies<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of ALPS<\/li>\n<li>Problem resolution<\/li>\n<li>Change management<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated, takes initiative, creates networks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> We always look for both experience and potential, so if you think you have what it takes to join us and are curious to find out more, apply<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8220;We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
