Compliance with these policies will also protect Airbus reputation and brand, some of our most strategic and important assets.<\/span>Qualification & Experience:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor\/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 3 – 6 years in IT with minimum 5 years hands-on Programming Experience, with at least 2-3 years directly focused on MBSE tools (preferably Cameo) and Java plugin development.<\/span>Strong Technical Knowledge of:<\/span>Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) SysML\/UML fundamentals: understanding and practical application of MBSE methodologies to guide system development.<\/span>Cameo Systems Modeller & SysML Plugin Expertise: Deep understanding of the software’s architecture and functionalities (Resource Manager Usage, RDZIP Package Management, XML for Resource Descriptors)<\/span>Java Programming Language and IDE in SysML\/UML context: Plugins (Java), Profiles, Validation Suites\/Rules, Model Libraries, Templates, Custom Diagrams, Samples, and Documentation, and their specific technical characteristics.<\/span>Configuration & Change Management: Implementing and overseeing robust configuration and change management processes for application and plugin in a regulated environment.<\/span>Complexity Management: Ability to formalize distribution processes to avoid issues like versioning conflicts, missing dependencies, and “broken tool” scenarios.<\/span>Quality Assurance & Installation Integrity: Ensuring deployed solutions function correctly and are verifiable, especially for external distribution.<\/span>Modular Design Thinking: Strategic decision-making on how to best structure and split solutions into distributable resource packages.<\/span>Previous exposure to large-scale systems design.<\/span>Working experience in Agile Scrum, SAFe and\/or Kanban projects<\/span>DevOps orientation, knowledge of continuous integration frameworks and some of the following products\/tools: Docker, Artifactory, Git, Jenkins, VersionOne, etc. (Good to have)<\/span>Application packaging and deployment in software service platforms<\/span>Sense of detail and passion for software and technologies that solve problems<\/span>Ability to challenge the needs of the clients and provide appropriate solutions<\/span>Curiosity & team player attitude, with a wish to evolve with your team<\/span>Good communication & active listening<\/span>Presentation skills and clarity<\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Your mission is to ensure technical coordination and robust IT architecture implementation & deployment. You will act as CAMEO plugin \u201cDeveloper\u201d through the following tasks:<\/span>Understand, capture, anticipate and challenge business needs<\/span>Synthetize and able to communicate effectively with non technical people<\/span>Support in configuration management and as entry point for DevOps Team.<\/span>Deliver regular major upgrades and new versions of the toolset with clear documentation and support both to our service supplier and our end-user community and internal customers.<\/span>Ensure best practises in development \/ integration with Devops environment<\/span>Manage the end-to-end process of plugin packaging for distribution.<\/span>Lead and execute Verification and Validation (V&V) campaigns for all developed plugins.<\/span>Ensure smooth migration and entry into service.<\/span>Ensures customer satisfaction delivering as agreed and committed<\/span>Supports full operational availability, reliability and integrity of running Products<\/span>Ensure Technology Watch about MBSE implementation & deployment (Scholar and industrial experience)<\/span>Define technical interfaces with other processes with the Architecture team.<\/span>This job requires the constant awareness of the compliance risks we face in day-to-day responsibilities.
