And finally, you\u2019re open and borderless \u2013 naturally inclusive in how you work with others.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Required Technical and Professional Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall 10+ years of experience into Network domain.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of Data Center mainly Systems, Storage, Networking &#038; Security, Application &#038; Databases<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Systems and Solutions Architecture<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience &#038; learning with Data Center technologies, Cloud Software, and interoperability<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Cisco Switching and routing technologies including Nexus platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in DC spine-leaf switching infrastructure based on Cisco, Arista, Dell, white and bright switches and similar platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Knowledge in DNS\/DHCP, Load Balancing (Citrix Netscaler\/F5).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in scripting using Python or other equivalent languages, automation engines like Ansible and solid understanding of DevOps fundamentals including automation frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Handle complex long-term and short-term Data Center focused projects involving multiple service towers.<\/li>\n<li>Translate business needs into technical requirements. Identify gaps, strategic impacts, financial impacts and the risk profile in the technical.<\/li>\n<li>solution or offering, and provides L4 escalation support.<\/li>\n<li>Create designs based on industry best practices, sound solid engineering principles incorporating both local and global requirements while clearly understanding that one size does not fit all.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate new technological developments and evolving business requirements and recommend to client and IT management appropriate technological alternatives.<\/li>\n<li>Provide high-level specialized technical support and consultation to business and IT management.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technology expertise for all facets of data networking to enhance quality and facilitate superior solutions which meet business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Develop design and configuration documentation to be used by the Regional Network Domain and Operations teams for implementation and support.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of OSI layer model and TCP\/IP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferred Technical and Professional Experience <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certifications: CCNP\/CCIE or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>MS Project or other Project Management software<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Being You<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it\u2019s how we think and who we are.
