You will be responsible for a wide range of engagements listed below:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Pharma\/ Life science domain: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to develop a point of view on industry and global trends and articulate their impact on pharma clients.<\/li>\n<li>Good to Have-Prior experience working with pharma or life sciences clients in a consulting or enterprise environment.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with pharma data domains such as clinical trials, commercial analytics, patient data, real-world evidence (RWE), or supply chain data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Project Delivery: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for delivery quality for all the projects in the account.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that client deliverables provide material value or impact to client&#8217;s businesses, thereby maintaining high levels of contract renewal probabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures process for identifying potential risks are in place. Mentors project leaders in the account to develop strategies to mitigate risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Client Relationship: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, understands their needs, manages their expectations, and strives to make them successful in their roles.<\/li>\n<li>Leads Monthly Business Reviews with clients and consciously and regularly seeks feedback from clients on the team&#8217;s performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Team Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Builds and leads high-performing project teams. Provides guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members. Promotes a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.<\/li>\n<li>Provides both business and technical guidance to the delivery team.<\/li>\n<li>Looks for improvements in delivery processes, actively seeks buy-in on the improvements from peers and managers, implements them in the team and monitors their adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that necessary structures, processes, KPIs, scorecards, etc., to ensure quality delivery standards, are adopted as a way of working by everyone in the account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Business Consulting: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engages clients in strategic conversations shows thought leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Manages account delivery within the financial levers that help maintain EBITDA.
