The role ensures effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with Accor standards, while supporting business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The incumbent will act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee, driving employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>1. Strategic Management<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develop and implement the People &#038; Culture strategy in alignment with business objectives and Accor guidelines.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Provide strategic HR support to the Executive Committee.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2. Talent Acquisition &#038; Workforce Planning<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure adherence to approved manning budgets and organizational structure.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Promote employer branding initiatives in line with Accor standards.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>3. Learning &#038; Development<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Implement training plans and development programs in line with Accor learning frameworks.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Monitor training effectiveness and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>4. Performance Management<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure effective implementation of the performance management system.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Support department heads in goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Promote a performance-driven culture with clear accountability.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>5. Employee Engagement &#038; Welfare<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure effective communication channels across all levels of the organization.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Oversee employee welfare activities in line with company policies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>6. Compensation &#038; Benefits<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure proper administration of payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Maintain internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation structures.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Monitor labor costs in line with budget guidelines.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>7. Employee Relations &#038; Compliance<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and Accor policies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Maintain positive relations with external authorities and stakeholders where required.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>8. HR Operations &#038; Administration<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Oversee HR administration, documentation, and record management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure compliance with internal audits and corporate reporting requirements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>9.
