Advisory &#8211; <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead full-cycle implementations and configuration of John Galt Atlas Planning, Blue Yonder (JDA) or Kinaxis RapidResponse modules including Demand Planning, MRP, and Production Planning.<\/li>\n<li>Design and optimize planning workflows, master data structures, and system integrations across supply chain platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Provide expert-level technical guidance on system architecture, data flows, and best-practice configuration aligned to client business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct gap analyses between current-state processes and target-state system capabilities; define actionable roadmaps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Data Engineering &#038; SQL Development <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation pipelines to support supply chain analytics and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Design and build scalable data models for demand signals, inventory positions, supplier lead times, and production capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Architect ETL\/ELT pipelines to integrate source ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) with planning platforms and downstream reporting layers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across planning datasets; implement data validation frameworks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Analytics &#038; Insights Delivery <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop demand sensing and statistical forecasting models to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Build advanced analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) surfacing KPIs such as OTIF, forecast bias, fill rates, and inventory turns.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with analytics and data science teams to apply ML-driven approaches to demand forecasting and supply risk identification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Stakeholder Engagement &#038; Communication <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business language.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and facilitate workshops, design sessions, and executive readouts across business and IT stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Produce high-quality documentation including functional specifications, data dictionaries, solution design documents, and training materials.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge management and methodology development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Qualifications<\/b><br \/>\n       Platform Experience <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6-8+ years of hands-on consulting or implementation experience with John Galt Atlas Planning software, Blue Yonder (JDA) or Kinaxis RapidResponse.<\/li>\n<li>Deep expertise in at least two of the following modules:<\/li>\n<li>Demand Planning \/ Demand Management<\/li>\n<li>MRP \/ Material Requirements Planning<\/li>\n<li>Production Planning &#038; Detailed Scheduling<\/li>\n<li>S&#038;OP \/ IBP (Integrated Business Planning)<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of at least three full-lifecycle supply chain platform implementations in a consulting or client-facing capacity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Technical Skills <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced SQL proficiency: complex joins, window functions, CTEs, performance tuning, and query optimization across large datasets.<\/li>\n<li>Strong data engineering skills including ETL\/ELT design, data pipeline development, and integration architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in at least one data engineering or scripting language (Python, Spark, or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, or Google BigQuery.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with version control (Git), CI\/CD practices, and modern data stack tooling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Soft Skills &#038; Professional Competencies &#8211; <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels \u2014 from data engineers to C-suite executives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous project environments.<\/li>\n<li>Client-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications &#8211;<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formal certification in any one of John Galt Atlas Planning, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or equivalent supply chain planning platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in FMCG, food &#038;
