I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.<\/span>Job Description<\/b><\/span>The role exists to exchange\/disseminate peer to peer medical and scientific information with health care professionals and external stakeholders.<\/span>The incumbent is responsible for being well informed on Vaccine therapeutic area, up to date on major studies both ongoing and completed, competitive product information and clinical data pertaining to our therapy.<\/span>The role will be required to spend 80% of the time in the field, and be in the region, providing support to external stakeholders such as Health care professionals, Key Opinion Leaders etc.<\/span>The remaining 20% of the role will be dedicated to providing internal support such as working with colleagues and in alternate teams.<\/span>Additionally, the role-holder is required to have a full understanding of marketing objectives and the commercial focus of the franchises to support those plans.<\/span>ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/b><\/span>Build and maintain advanced disease, product & therapy knowledge to disseminate with other relevant key stakeholders.<\/span>Plan and execute medical education activities in line with commercial objectives.<\/span>Engage health care professionals in scientific discussions.<\/span>Provide field-based medical information\/education to physicians.<\/span>Deliver balanced, fair non-promotional presentations related with advances in disease knowledge, diagnosis and treatment of competitor as well as own products.<\/span>Collaborate, when requested, in the coordination of information pre-events and summaries post-events. Attend congresses & symposia and report on the events.<\/span>Represent the medical department at Medical Congresses and Conventions, and facilitate pre-congress, attend poster sessions and oral presentations.<\/span>Assist in CME program development, organization and delivery and participate in scientific committees.<\/span>Provide Information and interpretation of the literature to the sales force; provide scientific education and therapy training support to sales forces in the field.<\/span>EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:<\/span>Excellent Communication \/ Presentation Skills.<\/span>Relationship-building & Engagement competencies<\/span>Subject matter expertise in Therapy Area\/Disease Segment.<\/span>Planning and Organizing skills.<\/span>Problem solving and solution orientation.<\/span>Integrity, perseverance, fairness, honesty.<\/span>Minimum 01 year of prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry & experience in vaccine portfolio is highly recommended<\/span>Education:<\/b><\/span>Minimum Requirement:<\/b><\/span>A Doctoral Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Ph.D.), Pharmacy Degree or medical graduate (e.g. MBBS, MD)<\/span>Preferred:<\/b><\/span>MBBS\/MD Degree recognized by Medical Council of India<\/span>Medical post-graduate (e.g. MD) and Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
