If you are excited about a role but don’t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.<\/span>Job Summary<\/b><\/span>Job Description<\/b><\/span>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\u2019re looking to add a Specialist – Supply Chain Solutions in Chennai, India.<\/span>What a typical day looks like:<\/b><\/span>Exposure to Procurement & Finance domains.<\/span>Experience in EMS, Retail, or Supply Chain industries.<\/span>Experience with supplier collaboration platforms or automation tools.<\/span>Drive and support the end\u2011to\u2011end implementation of a third\u2011party Supplier Collaboration Tool, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and business processes to enhance supplier connectivity and overall operational efficiency.<\/span>Conduct comprehensive user training including webinars, live sessions, system demos, and interactive learning modules to drive adoption.<\/span>Negotiate and convince suppliers to adopt collaboration tools and ensure smooth go\u2011live.<\/span>Coordinate connection setup, testing, go\u2011live monitoring, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Coordinate and perform UAT for enhancements and bug fixes.<\/span>Provide continuous post\u2011go\u2011live support and troubleshoot failed transactions<\/span>Create and update end\u2011user training documentation.<\/span>Conduct presentations and training for project teams, suppliers and end\u2011users.<\/span>Support Procurement Automation initiatives across global sites in alignment with corporate directives.<\/span>Build and maintain reports and metrics related to supplier onboarding, and Transaction statuses.<\/span>Interact periodically with procurement teams, site management, and global teams to communation.<\/span>The experience we\u2019re looking to add to our team:<\/span>Graduate degree (B.E\u2011MBA, B.Sc\u2011MBA, B.Com\u2011MBA, MCA, B.Tech, BE).<\/span>4 to 6 years of relevant experience<\/span>knowledge of ERP environments (Baan, LN, SAP, or similar).<\/span>Experience with end\u2011to\u2011end supplier\/customer implementation and handling EDI support projects will be added advantage<\/span>Excellent English communication skills, especially in delivering training, conducting webinars, demos, and interactive sessions.<\/span>Strong negotiation, documentation, requirement gathering, and gap analysis abilities.<\/span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.<\/span>What you\u2019ll receive for the great work you provide<\/span>Health Insurance<\/span>PTO<\/span>CF17<\/span>Job Category Global Procurement & Supply Chain<\/span>Required Skills:<\/b><\/span>Optional Skills: Flex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.<\/span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
