\n Seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to drive business growth and manage a portfolio of B2B clients in the digital education space. You will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.<\/span>Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Client Relationship Management:
\n Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of medium-sized domestic B2B clients; build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.<\/span>Strategic Account Planning:
\n Develop account strategies based on a deep understanding of client needs, business objectives, and market trends.<\/span>Business Development:<\/b>
\n Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pitch new services, solutions, or product enhancements.<\/span>Negotiation & Contracting:
\n Lead commercial discussions, negotiate product\/service terms, and close deals within authorized limits.<\/span>Product & Market Expertise:
\n Maintain a solid understanding of our EdTech solutions, industry trends, and competitors. Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.<\/span>Cross-functional Collaboration:
\n Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and ongoing value to clients.<\/span>Reporting & Insights:
\n Track account health metrics, prepare business reviews, and present insights to internal and external stakeholders.<\/span>Requirements<\/b><\/span>Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).<\/span>3\u20137 years of experience in B2B account or relationship management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital solutions.<\/span>Strong understanding of business models, financial acumen, and market dynamics.<\/span>Experience managing a domestic territory and driving revenue growth.<\/span>Tech-savvy with the ability to translate customer needs into product solutions.<\/span>Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).<\/span>Familiarity with digital learning platforms, LMS, or AI-enabled education solutions.<\/span>Prior experience in the education sector or a startup environment.<\/span>Work in a way that works for you<\/span>We promote a healthy work\/life balance across the organisation.
