Join us and build your future by being part of what\u2019s next in electronics and the world.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Role Overview<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role is responsible for technical leadership and execution of hardware development for the RH850 Motor Control and Automotive Application Platform.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Sr. Staff Engineer serves as a hardware domain expert, driving architecture, design quality, and technical execution while collaborating closely with systems, firmware\/software, validation, and platform leadership teams.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead hardware architecture, design, and implementation for RH850 motor control and automotive application platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Drive hardware technical decisions, ensuring robustness, scalability, cost effectiveness, and alignment with platform requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Own hardware execution from concept, design, and validation through qualification and production readiness.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with systems, firmware\/software, validation, and product engineering teams to ensure seamless hardware\u2011software integration.<\/li>\n<li>Support regulatory compliance, qualification, and Global Market Access (GMA) readiness for hardware deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate hardware\u2011related technical risks, ensuring predictable execution and high quality.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to reference designs, development platforms, and documentation to enable broad customer adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a technical mentor, influencing best practices and raising the bar for hardware design excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B. Tech\/M. Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience.<\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience with Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis for high\u2011speed digital, mixed\u2011signal, and power\u2011dense designs.
