You will be the bridge between our engineering teams and customers, providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and helping users optimize their MLOps workflows.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has a deep understanding of Kubernetes-based architectures, and thrives in a customer-facing environment. You will work closely with our developers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and high availability of models. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our platform&#8217;s evolution by providing valuable insights from customer interactions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>If you&#8217;re excited about working on cutting-edge cloud-native solutions, enabling real-time AI applications, and being part of a highly skilled team pushing the boundaries of MLOps, we\u2019d love to hear from you!<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This position is based in Bangalore, India.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What You Will Do<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage with customers to identify and troubleshoot issues they face and answer technical questions.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze bug reports, reproduce issues, determine the root cause, and provide fixes.<\/li>\n<li>Provide design for new features focusing on the approach and patterns to solve the problem.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for writing code along with relevant unit test cases.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to end-to-end automated tests by ensuring that the newer changes have relevant test cases. Knowledge of Python would be beneficial in this area.<\/li>\n<li>The company uses Kubernetes widely and working with Kubernetes would be an important aspect of the job.<\/li>\n<li>Review the design and code of other developers.
