\n Full-Time Employee<\/span>About the Role<\/b><\/span>If you are passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and bringing complex ideas to life through clear, engaging content, this role is for you.<\/span>As an Instructional Designer at Infopro Learning, you will design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities including digital, virtual, in-person, and blended formats for a global enterprise client.<\/span>You will collaborate closely with SMEs and cross-functional teams, apply strong instructional design principles, and translate raw content into structured, intuitive learner experiences. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to high-impact learning programs while working as part of Infopro Learning’s dedicated client delivery team.<\/span>What You’ll Do<\/b><\/span>Responsibilities and scope will scale based on experience. Designers with greater experience may take on increased ownership of instructional architecture, complex solution design, and collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs.<\/span>Develop storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, and instructional activities using PowerPoint, Word, and modern authoring tools.<\/span>Create detailed instructional blueprints, including structure, flow, and visual specifications, to guide content development.<\/span>Build high-quality instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning materials including instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, activities, and self-study content.<\/span>Visualize learning flows and translate complex content into clear, intuitive learner experiences.<\/span>Use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adapt to produce SCORM-compliant digital learning assets.<\/span>Incorporate graphics, audio, video, and interactive elements into learning solutions.<\/span>Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and stakeholders to gather inputs, refine content, and ensure alignment with learning objectives.<\/span>Follow development guidelines, checklists, and style guides to ensure consistency and quality.<\/span>Manage assigned deliverables and ensure timely completion aligned with project timelines.<\/span>Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, templates, and client workflows, including GenAI-supported development environments.<\/span>What You Bring<\/b><\/span>4 to 9 years of instructional design experience in corporate learning environments.<\/span>Candidates typically fall into one of the following experience bands:<\/span>Instructional Designer (4-6 years)
\n Strong hands-on experience designing and developing learning content across multiple modalities.<\/span>Instructional Designer – Advanced (7+ years)
\n Experience designing more complex learning solutions, structuring instructional flows, and collaborating closely with SMEs and stakeholders.<\/span>Additional qualifications include:<\/b><\/span>Strong proficiency developing storyboards and instructional materials in PowerPoint and Word.<\/span>Hands-on experience with authoring tools including Articulate Storyline and Rise.<\/span>Experience with Adapt, Camtasia, or Adobe tools is a plus.<\/span>Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Gagn\u00e9.<\/span>Excellent writing, structuring, editing, and communication skills.<\/span>Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning solutions.<\/span>Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS environments.<\/span>Comfort working in technology-enabled and GenAI-supported content development workflows.<\/span>Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.<\/span>Work Sample Requirement<\/span>As part of the application process, please include one sample of instructional design work, such as:<\/span>a storyboard<\/span>a learning design document<\/span>an excerpt from an eLearning storyboard or instructional blueprint<\/span>This sample should demonstrate how you structure learning content, define instructional flow, and translate raw material into a learner experience.<\/span>Confidential information may be removed if necessary.<\/span>If you enjoy designing learning experiences that reach global audiences and want to grow your instructional design career in a high-impact client environment, we invite you to apply.<\/p>\n
