A proven track record of hands-on experience in Java and microservice development is essential.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure microservices using Java and related technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the technical design and architecture of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with overall system architecture and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to established coding standards and patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to design principles.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices within the team.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in Java, microservices, and cloud computing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Skills and Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Java.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing microservices architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or similar frameworks for microservice development.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and API Gateways.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CI\/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Skills:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Java (Java 8+).<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of distributed systems concepts, including fault tolerance, scalability, and consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Soft Skills:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.<\/li>\n<li>High degree of initiative and self-motivation.<\/li>\n<li>Education:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with event-driven architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of security best practices in microservices.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of Java applications.<\/li>\n<li>Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer
