Learning Experience Architect (LXA) | Full-time, Onsite – Pune| Open to India-based candidates only<\/span>Position type: Full-time Employee (Client-facing | Senior Individual Contributor with Team Leadership)<\/span>Location: Onsite – Pune, India<\/span>At Infopro Learning, we design learning that drives real performance, not just completion rates. We\u2019re looking for a Learning Experience Architect who is equal parts expert instructional designer, thoughtful mentor, and pragmatic problem-solver.<\/span>This role is for someone who still loves doing the work. You will personally design and build high-quality learning solutions while guiding a small team of instructional designers to do their best work. You\u2019ll use Infopro\u2019s Intelligent Design Framework (IDF), modern authoring tools, and Gen AI to create learning experiences that are clear, engaging, and directly aligned to business outcomes.<\/span>If you enjoy translating complex business needs into elegant learning solutions and want meaningful ownership without stepping away from execution, this role was built for you.<\/span>What You\u2019ll Be Responsible For<\/span>Designing & Building Learning Solutions<\/span>Lead end-to-end instructional design using Infopro\u2019s Intelligent Design Framework<\/span>Create learning strategies, design documents, content outlines, storyboards, scripts, and build-ready assets<\/span>Develop eLearning, microlearning, blended programs, simulations, and performance support tools<\/span>Use Gen AI thoughtfully to accelerate content creation, iteration, and personalization<\/span>Partner with subject matter experts to extract knowledge and turn it into actionable learning<\/span>Leading and Mentoring a Small Design Team<\/span>Guide and mentor 2\u20134 instructional designers through day-to-day work<\/span>Review storyboards, scripts, and built output, providing clear, constructive feedback<\/span>Coach team members through regular 1:1s to strengthen skills and confidence<\/span>Model strong design thinking, communication, and problem-solving habits<\/span>Help manage workload and timelines to ensure consistent quality delivery<\/span>Consulting and Shaping Learning Strategy<\/span>Conduct learning needs analysis and job-task analysis when required<\/span>Design learning approaches aligned to business goals and measurable outcomes<\/span>Recommend the right mix of modalities based on context, audience, and constraints<\/span>Contribute learning expertise to proposals and solution scoping conversations<\/span>Quality, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement<\/span>Apply quality standards across the full design and development lifecycle<\/span>Stay current on emerging learning technologies, AI tools, and industry practices<\/span>Experiment with new approaches that improve efficiency and learner impact<\/span>Contribute to the evolution of internal design practices and standards<\/span>What You Bring<\/b><\/span>Required Experience & Skills<\/b><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field<\/span>8\u201312 years of hands-on instructional design and learning development experience<\/span>Deep command of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies<\/span>Proven ability to independently create high-quality storyboards, scripts, and learning content<\/span>Strong learning strategy and performance consulting skills<\/span>Experience mentoring or leading small teams of instructional designers<\/span>Advanced, hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and\/or Rise<\/span>Working knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM standards<\/span>Strong proficiency with common business tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)<\/span>Demonstrated expertise using Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for learning design<\/span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/span>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality<\/span>Nice to Have<\/b><\/span>Experience designing simulations or scenario-based learning<\/span>Visual design or multimedia production knowledge<\/span>Familiarity with learning analytics or reporting<\/span>Background in change management or performance consulting<\/span>Experience working in global, client-facing environments<\/span>What Success Looks Like<\/b><\/span>Within 3 months<\/span>Independently designing learning solutions aligned to client needs<\/span>Producing high-quality storyboards and content with minimal revision<\/span>Establishing trust and effective feedback rhythms with your team<\/span>Within 6 months<\/span>Leading multiple projects from needs analysis through delivery<\/span>Contributing confidently to client strategy discussions<\/span>Seeing measurable improvement in team quality and consistency<\/span>Within 12 months<\/span>Recognized as a subject matter expert in specific learning modalities or industries<\/span>A team that delivers high-quality work with minimal rework<\/span>Trusted by clients and internal stakeholders to bring clarity to ambiguous requests<\/span>Why Join Infopro Learning<\/span>Real Impact
