This role is a unique blend of QA Automation, API Testing, Performance Engineering, and Ethical AI Testing, with strong focus on RAG evaluation, automated test generation, fairness testing, and flow-based conversational validation.<\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Design and implement automated test frameworks (Python, Pytest\/Robot Framework) for chatbot and AI applications.<\/span>Conduct API testing for chatbot backends, RAG pipelines, and third-party integrations (REST\/GraphQL).<\/span>Validate chatbot workflows including flow-based conversations, contextual continuity, fallback handling, and error reporting for end-to-end customer scenarios.<\/span>Implement RAG testing using RAGA, DeepEval, and LLM-as-a-Judge to evaluate retrieval accuracy and hallucination risks.<\/span>Build an AI-driven Testcase Generator (using GPT-4 Omni) to process enterprise documents (doc, pdf, xml, jpg, excel) and auto-generate Q&A test datasets.<\/span>Define and track comprehensive AI evaluation metrics:<\/span>Quantitative Metrics \u2192 Accuracy, Latency, Throughput.<\/span>Qualitative Metrics \u2192 Answer Relevancy, Faithfulness, Hallucination, Contextual Relevancy.<\/span>Business Metrics \u2192 Customer feedback (thumbs up & thumbs down), resolution rate, Racial Bias and Diversity (using embedding models to detect bias\/fairness issues).<\/span>Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using Locust, Grafana, and K6 ensuring scalability under peak citizen traffic.<\/span>Ensure ethical AI compliance by testing fairness, inclusivity, transparency, and privacy.<\/span>Integrate automated test suites into CI\/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).<\/span>Collaborate with AI\/ML engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure responsible AI deployment.<\/span>Generate structured reports\/dashboards (Allure, pytest-html, Grafana) capturing quality, performance, and ethical AI insights.<\/span>Mandatory skill sets:<\/span>Strong experience in QA Automation with Python (Pytest, Robot Framework).<\/span>Handson knowledge in Mobile testing.<\/span>Expertise in API testing (REST, GraphQL) with tools like Postman, Pytest, or Rest Assured.<\/span>Hands-on with RAG testing tools (RAGA, DeepEval, LLM-as-a-Judge).<\/span>Proficiency in automated Q&A generation using GPT-based models (GPT-4 Omni).<\/span>Strong knowledge of performance\/load testing tools (Locust, Grafana, K6).<\/span>Familiarity with AI evaluation metrics (Quantitative, Qualitative, Business).<\/span>Experience in chatbot\/NLP testing (flow-based conversations, contextual relevance).<\/span>Knowledge of bias\/fairness validation using embedding models for diversity\/racial bias detection.<\/span>Strong debugging, log analysis, and test reporting skills.<\/span>Preferred skill sets:<\/b><\/span>Exposure to Generative AI evaluation frameworks for hallucination and relevance scoring.<\/span>Experience with CI\/CD automation in AI testing workflows.<\/span>Awareness of data privacy best practices in test data handling.<\/span>Domain knowledge in citizen services, banking, or telecom.<\/span>Years of experience required:<\/span>4 to 6 years of relevant job experience<\/span>Education qualification:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.<\/span>Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Java development.<\/span>Education (if blank, degree and\/or field of study not specified) Degrees\/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering<\/span>Degrees\/Field of Study preferred:<\/span>Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)<\/span>Required Skills Generative AI<\/span>Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Analytical Thinking, Artificial Intelligence, Business Planning and Simulation (BW-BPS), Communication, Competitive Advantage, Conducting Research, Creativity, Digital Transformation, Embracing Change, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Implementing Technology, Inclusion, Innovation Processes, Intellectual Curiosity, Internet of Things (IoT), Learning Agility, Optimism, Product Development, Product Testing, Prototyping, Quality Assurance Process Management {+ 10 more}<\/span>Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)<\/span>Travel Requirements<\/b><\/span>Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?<\/span>Government Clearance Required?<\/span>Job Posting End Date<\/p>\n
