We are on a mission to put reliable data at the heart of every business to fuel success and intend to transform the lives we touch (of our customers and our people) while on this journey.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Sales &#8211; Lead \u2013 USA Market<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Summary<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We\u2019re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outbound sales efforts for the USA market. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential leads, opening doors for our Sales Executives to close deals. This role requires working in the US shift to align with USA business hours. If you have a proven track record of lead generation and outbound success in the USA market, we want you on our team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential B2B clients in the USA market using multiple lead generation channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, etc.).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Prospecting: Research potential customers to understand their needs and determine fit with PromptCloud\u2019s offerings.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospects in a fully virtual environment, setting appointments and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Qualifying Leads: Assess lead potential and qualify prospects for further engagement by the Sales team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead hand-off and effective communication of prospect needs.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Data Management: Keep accurate records of all outreach, engagement, and lead status updates in our CRM (HubSpot).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Market Insights: Provide insights and feedback on the USA market, including potential challenges and areas for opportunity.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We would love to see you onboard if you have:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience: Minimum 4 years of SDR experience, out of which 2 years are with proven success in USA B2B lead generation and outbound sales. Experience in the tech or data industry is a plus.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and initiate sales conversations in the USA market.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for client-facing interactions with USA-based leads.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other CRM or outreach platforms.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Team Player: Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with sales team members to align on goals and strategies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Why Join Us:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are a 100% remote company and we strive to build a unique and thriving workplace where work is designed around people (and not the other way round).
